The new version of the Co-Win application through which people can register for its own for vaccination is likely to be available on March 1, 9 in the morning when India started the second phase of vaccination, covering around 27 crore people. Senior citizens and those aged 45+ and suffer from ko-morbidity will be able to register.

This is the way you can access the application and register yourself

> Cowin 2.0 can be accessed in three ways. You can go to Cowin.gov.in, website and search for tabs where registration is allowed (will live only after the second phase starts)

> Applications can be accessed through Aarogya Setu applications and separate tabs

> This application can be downloaded from the Google Play Store.

Private hospital can’t charge more than ₹ 250 per dose vaccine

> If someone does not have access to the Internet, spot registration is also permitted in this phase. But all beneficiaries will be registered mandator on the application.

> As one enrolled himself through a government ID, it will be authenticated through OTP.

> Co-Win applications can register as many as four family members.

> Vaccination certificates will also be generated through this application.

This is the first time an application where the government has registered beneficiaries since January 16 will be public. It also comes with the threat of fake sites, applications that try to deceive people. Therefore, the government has urged people to just follow official information.

This is also the first time a vaccine shot will be available at a private hospital. The government has improved vaccine prices with ₹ 250 per shot and has also released a list of hospitals, which will be the center of vaccination from tomorrow.

Some disruptions were reported in the co-win application because the application was launched on January 16. But the government said it worked continuously to resolve the technical problem.

In the first phase where health staff and frontline workers have been inoculated, registration is carried out internally from the record provided by the department concerned. The ministry said he had trained vaccination to handle the new version of the application.
