The Ministry of Civil Aviation on Monday’s amendment guidelines for dining services in flight, the ruler of such services will only be available to them with a trip of two hours or more than April 15 amid the increasing threat of Covid-19 and three variants of Coronavirus. “Airlines, which operate in the domestic sector, can provide dining services on board, where the duration of flight is two hours or more,” the ministry said in a statement.
The ministry noted that currently three types of SARS-COV-2,
which caused Coronavirus disease, currently circulating in India has been detected in various countries. “The three variants have shown increased transmission, as reported by the World Health Organization. Meanwhile in India, the number of cases of Covid-19 increased,” he said.
Three variants of SARS-COV-2 are English, Brazilian and South African variants.
“Moca, given the increased threat of Covid-19 and its variant, has decided to review the onboard flour service in domestic runaway operations,” the next memorandum is stated.
