Defending his tweet, V Muraleedharan then commented that he got the impression that the announcement for the nomination of e sreedharan was made by the head of the party.
Hours after tweeting that e sreedharan, known as ‘Metro Man’,
Will be the face of the BJP Minister in Polls the State of Kerala next month, Union V Minister Muraleedharan clarified that the party did not make a decision on it. The country went to the election on April 6.
Defending his tweet, V Muraleedharan then commented that he got the impression that the announcement of his effect was made by the head of the party.
“Kerala BJP will fight the polling of Kerala with e Sreedharanji as the main ministerial candidate. We will defeat the CPM and Congress to provide corruption-oriented governance for the people of Kerala,” Minister of Tweet.
However, the minister then told ANI news agency:
“What I want to convey is that through media reports, I know that the party has made this announcement. Then, I checked Cross with the party’s head who said he hadn’t made an announcement like that.”
Tweet the previous minister who was considered to be the ratification of the party from the nomination of Sredharan varied with the practice of BJP which normally did not name a candidate for a ministerial head in the state where he was not in power; And also calm the bar-bar rules for 88 years ‘Metro Man’. Since 2014, BJP has followed the practice of not providing tickets to 75 and above to oppose the election or position in the government. Some exceptions include Karnataka Strongman and Chair of the BS Minister Yeddiyurappa and O Rajagopal who are Lone Mla in the Kerala Assembly.
While Sredharan has stated his arrogance to compete and take responsibility for the top work, the party has welcomed his entry into the folds of the party.
Muraleedharan, who is the Minister of State for external and parliamentary affairs, previously told HT in an interview that Sredharan was related to life improvement (conditions) and livelihood problems and with his experience, BJP would be more advanced.
“As for age, he is still very agile and dynamic. The age factor does not apply to o Rajgopal and he is 85 years old and he is contested,” Minister said.
The Kerala unit from BJP has also thrown the weight behind the nomination of Sredharan.
The President of the State Unit K Surendran, also told HT last week that Sredharan joined BJP was an indication that “leading people” saw the party as an alternative in the state which was considered a communist fortress.
“We will have more seniors and experienced who join us, because they see BJP as trustworthy. They are also interested in the agenda of the construction of PM Modi,” said Surendran.
