At a meeting managed by the Cabinet Secretary of Rajiv Gauba on Tuesday to review the Covid situation in the country, it was very clear that the group of experts about vaccination and supply of liquid medical oxygen has worked since April 2020 and August 2020. “We have a Problem of Oxgyen Medical Liquified (LMO) during September 2020 due to increasing infection so that we increase the supply of 1,000 metric tons to 3,000 meters to meet demand. This demand fell to 1000 metric tons in February 2021 but the last month we provided almost 8,000 metric tons Oxygen to meet the increase in demand due to increased exponential infection due to the mutant virus, “said the member who attended the meeting today.

The Cabinet Secretary explained that the second dose of the vaccine must be a priority to build effective immunity to the virus and that the state and UT must minimize the waste of vaccines. The meeting was attended by the Head of Secretary and Secretary of Health from all states and Union (UT) regions.

Gauba shares with work countries carried out by national task force and expert groups formed by centers of important things such as improvement and augmentation of health infrastructure, research and vaccine production, the welfare of the poor and oxygen supply.

He also briefed the countries about the actions taken by the Indian government in controlling the Covid-19 pandemic effect since last year.

The Cabinet Secretary appreciated the work carried out in real-time by the State and UTS to add health infrastructure and told them about various advisors issued by the Ministry of Health and other ministries of the Indian government about home insulation and case care Covid-19.

He informed the active involvement of Prime Minister Narendra Modi with the domestic industry for the production and supply of liquid medical oxygen (LMO) since September last year has helped resolve various transportation logistics problems through land, water and air routes.

Gauba emphasizes the need to protect the public based on the actions taken by the central and state government and ensure that there is no stone that is missed to provide timely supply of oxygen and other medical resources to the hospital.

The Cabinet Secretary also expressed concern over the wrong information on vaccination, by saying that all vaccines obtained by both the Central Government or state government were actually intended for the public and there was no consumption at the central level.

Health Secretary Rajesh Bhushan, who was also present at the meeting, urged countries and UTS to prioritize in terms of testing, intensive action and local detention of pandemics, strengthening hospital infrastructure, augmentation of human resources and rational use.

Repeating the use of a wise vaccine, it emphasizes the need for awareness campaigns about the importance of resolving vaccination doses, for better immunity.

Information Secretary and Broadcasting emphasized the importance of the continuation of the appropriate behavior of Covid and asked the countries to spread awareness about it in rural areas and tribes involving field level officials such as workers and Asha.

The meeting came on the day when India recorded a decline in Covid-19 everyday cases. As many as 3,29,942 infections were reported in the 24-hour range, according to the UNI Ministry of Health data.

After registering a firm increase for two months, the active case was reduced to 37.15.221 consisting of 16.16 percent of the total infection, while the national recovery rate of Covid-19 was recorded at 82.75 percent.
