The day after the Chairman of Minister Delhi Arvind Kejriwal said the new strain of Coronavirus (Covid-19), which allegedly affected more children, has been detected in Singapore, Minister of External Affairs (EAM) Jaisankar said his remarks “irresponsible” and that Delhi CM did not speak for India.
