IAF chief flies Mirage 2000 with squadron that hit Balakot terror pad with bombs

The Mirage IAF 2000s reached three targets in Balakot with five SPICE 2000 bombs from Israel with a penetrator upstream that allowed them to penetrate the roof before exploding in it to cause maximum damage.

The Chairperson of the IAF flying Mirage 2000 with the Squadron conducted by the operation is the reaffirmation of the success of the mission at the highest level, said Air Marshal Anil Chopra (REPD), Director General, Center for Air Power Studies.
